Body Odor is Much Influenced Food

Beware for people with too much sweat. Therefore, it could be the person has hyperhidrosis caused by overactive sweat glands working. At first glance, many people are paying less attention to symptoms such as abnormal. Because, not a few people sweat in large quantities.
If reviewed, excessive sweating is still made of physical discomfort. Similarly emotionally. One becomes less calm when working or doing other activities.
Excessive sweating, especially in the armpit will provoke the bacteria multiply. Bacteria is what cause this armpit odor. The body has two types of sweat glands, namely accrine and apocrine.

Eccrine glands are found throughout the body and relate directly to the skin. When body temperature rises, central nervous system stimulates these glands to remove fluid (sweat) to the skin surface to cool the body.

Apocrine glands found in hair follicles in the scalp, underarms and genitalia. When stressed, the body wall to contract and push sweat to the skin surface. Usually, if the sweat produced by apocrine glands react with the bacteria, would appear less savory smell.

Where did the body odor coming from? This question is often raised many debates that discuss why the smell of one's body can be quite overpowering, while the others are not too bad.

Body odor is actually caused by bacterial skin pad that process the sugar and protein in sweat. So, the smell is closely related to something we ate. Some foods often cause the body to the smell. Among them are:

1. Onion
garlic and onions are often considered as the cause of unpleasant body odor. This is not wrong, because the two ingredients in this food sulfurous volatile substances. This substance resist the smell of onions remained stuck for hours.

2. Turmeric
Turmeric also contains volatile compounds are removed the body through sweat. This compound is absorbed blood and lungs after digestion, so not only cause body odor, but also bad breath odors.

3. Red meat
in addition to cooking spices, red meat was also contributing cause unpleasant body odor. A study published in the journal Chemical Senses found, the person who runs the vegetarian lifestyle have more body odor smell delicious, attractive and generate fewer odors than consume lots of meat.

4. Spicy foods
one more which is considered as a cause body odor is spicy foods. Actually, spicy foods do not have a specific scent that cause odor. But spicy foods increase the body temperature. So a lot of sweat production increases. More and more sweat on the skin, the bacteria will be more comfortable. When the bacteria mixed with sweat, the smell body will increasingly oppressive.

5. Some other foods that potentially cause body odor such as blue cheese, fermented foods such as pickles, tape, pickles and cabbage and vinegar.

6. Although the culprit smell, the food should be avoided does not mean all.  Food is quite balanced with the intake of other foods and drink plenty of water, eat vegetables and fruits.
 
There are several ways to reduce excessive sweating. for example by setting lifestyle, like eating is not arbitrary, selection of clothing with attention to material. Not advisable to wear clothes with nylon, polyester, and controlling emotions.
 
There is one thing to note for people who like to use deodorant. If you would allow, the habit of using deodorant replaced with talcum powder. Because the powder is much safer. Deodorants and similar products can clog the channels of sweat, so the sweat is carrying the body's metabolism can not get out. Consequently, the products of metabolism accumulate in the body. including toxic substances.
